Winter has descended on the UK in the last couple of days; I made a wise decision to make a break for home before the snow arrives in the South West or I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have got home until Saturday.
Temperature here in the Shire hasn't got above freezing all day; still a hard 'hoare frost' on evreything. This is a lavender encased in ice
