Another for the ‘negative/positive space, same subject’ week of 2019s Flash of Red challenge. Not promising to use the King each day (though that said, yeaterday was the White King and today’s is the Black) but the Chess Board will be a feature.
Similar set up as yeaterday’s shot - the gas hob of my weekly accommodation comes in quite handy.
