I am rubbish at selfies; I always look at the wrong place on the phone and, I think, I look very awkward.
Another year has passed and I find myself at Blandford Garrison again celebrating this year’s graduates from the Foreman of Signals (Information Systems) course which my company has sponsored for the last 10 years. These guys have spent the last nine months on an intensive course here at the school of signals have all achieved a Bachelor of Science degree and all been promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant or if Royal Marines, Colour Sergeant; they are the future supervisors charged with protect ing the British Army’s IT systems from all vulnerabilities.
Thank you for your views, comments and favs on yesterday’s offering. Much appreciated.
If you hold the phone up higher you can look straight at the camera lens instead of down, less awkward like @carole_sandford said!
Love reading about your Signals stuff. My darling Dad was in the Signals in the Suez Crisis all those years ago.
@casablanca Is your Dad still with us? The Corps is 100 years old next year. Lots of events being planned apparently, we heard this morning that in May there is going to be a huge dinner for all serving and ex guys off my roster. Kind of feel that will get messy.
