Been a busy day; up with Carole at 6:30 this morning and to Tesco for the monthly shop. After putting it all away, time to watch the All Blacks v Argentina in the rugby whilst doing my ironing. After that, began to decorate the downstairs loo, the only room not touched since we bought the house, new, in August 2005, so it was well overdue. Ceiling painted twice and walls once (with that magic pink paint that dries white (that’s clever)). Then it was England Wales in the rugby, dinner and I’m now on the sofa struggling to stay awake until Carole comes home.
