My hotel room, half way between home and the Client (where I’m spending Thursday and Friday)

The curtains and cloth across the bed are so distinctive! Have not been in a Travelodge in yonks but still recognised them.

Looks comfy. We spent 6 weeks in a Travelodge in Melbourne when we first came to Australia, the RAAF paid. It cost them $360 a day to keep us there. $180 a day for the two adjoining rooms for David, myself and our two young teenage children and $180 a day for meal allowance. That was almost 33 years ago. God knows what it would cost now. @casablanca
