Got this close to Welford Road this evening for the Leicester Tigers versus Ospreys match in the European cup (after a 200 mile drive from Bath) when I received a text from a colleague that I’ve spent some time with on Wednesday, telling me that he has tested positive for COVID-19.

So I did the right thing, turned around and walked back to my car and I’m now home. I shall be isolating in a spare room for the weekend.
