Headed into town tonight to help celebrate a birthday for one of our friends. We enjoyed delicious tapas at a wonderful restaurant. Just happened to coincide with Melbourne's "White Night" where Melbourne is transformed with lighting projected onto many of the city's landmarks. I have never seen so many people in Swanston Street ever! And apparently, this evening's event did not have as big a crowd as earlier years! The image chosen for tonight shows one of the displays on a building in Federation Square. I couldn't resist a little zoom burst - the streaks below the display are actually people in the crowd. A fun night! :)
