Had a look at the tributes laid at the war memorial en route to my hospital appointment this morning. I was delighted to see each class of the local primary school had made a tribute. Once again this year my son who's a secondary school teacher bought each member of his tutor group a poppy and explained its significance and how to wear it correctly.
