Catch for one

Most of my wrist and hand exercises have involved me having to push it past it's desirable limits. This one however is just to be done at a fun level - throwing the ball with my other hand and catching it with my restricted one. The idea is it reprogrammes my brain into acknowledging that my left hand works and helps it to move more automatically.

@kjarn @boxplayer after what feels like forever I'm struggling with motivation but at least this one is more fun!
