raspberries and shortbread

So Alex and I tried to make a banana and caramel tart... but the caramel didn't work out (it was actually a pretty epic disaster)... and we didn't feel like bananas... but we still had to do something with the shortbread we'd just baked so we threw some ice cream and berries on it. xD
