smash

I don't know why, but that's the word that popped into my head when I took this photo - that my lunch looks rather 'smashed' together, a bunch of ingredients thrown at each other with great force. And then sauteed. xD

(It's sliced zucchini, cherry tomato, almond slivers and roasted pine nuts, seasoned with thyme and rosemary.)
