Today we had the chance to watch a Great Egret-- aka Great White Heron-- for a while. It was going about its business fishing, and letting us hang out pretty close by on the riverbank! I took several shots of this bird, but I chose this one because of the way the evening light was reflecting on the water and making pretty colours.
