I think Chris likes the latest BLD theme-- I think he's hoping for lots of desserts over the next few weeks to give me plenty of options for entries! We'll see, I guess, but here's one for the moment: lemon blueberry miniature bundt cakes! They feel fancy but really they come frozen and you just pop them in the microwave and drizzle with the included glaze!
