Path of destruction

I hesitated to use this title, but it was pretty soul destroying to see the beautiful forest in this state.
Australia's capital city, my home town, has just been declared to be in a state of emergency as the fires approach.
I feel reasonably safe, but there are many who are not.
And still these fires rage on - it is so horrible. Stay safe.

Stay safe please. We've just had a passing shower after a 43degree day. A muggy horrid Melbourne day.

I love this fantastic capture. The world is full of woes - Australia fires have not been completely controlled yet and now it's the coronavirus spreading all over China and invading other countries, too.

Pretty shot and I love the sunbeams. It is really sad about the fires, though.
