What a marvellous image. The area looks a bit like a younger
version of the Bungle Bungles - but with more vegetation. You've had such a good trip - visited some marvellous places. :)
@robz They did remind me a bit of the bungle bungle ranges but in some ways quite different. They don't have the dark pigment from the algae - different climate I guess, and they are much skinnier. Well worth a visit though!
@pusspup We'll have to add these interesting places you've visited to our wish list for next year. Thanks for all the great photos and info about them.. :)
