Many years ago, before these events became popular, you could walk amongst the balloons like this and take photos here. But now, unless it's a smaller and private launch, you can no longer get this up close and personal with the balloons. Seeing this shot really made me miss that. Yes, your rainbow balloons are showing up nicely!
