I have several of these crinkle blouses that you just wash and knot to dry. I like the look of them and it beats ironing any day even if you have to wait a while to wear them again - especially in an English summer! (But I cannot complain about ironing as Ray does most of it - because he likes it.)
A small and belated September update for 2024, where I am still, after many years' membership, on 365 Project, also now posting elsewhere but wanting...
I love the look of these garments and used to have several...I wonder what happened to them....They look very good in the drawers tied up like this too.
@w3n6y Wendy, what a good idea. I never thought of storing them like that and usually put them on coat hangers when they are dry. It would free up some wardrobe space. (Re your similar garments, I have been missing a t-shirt and Ray found it hanging under a shirt in his wardrobe.)
Now that is my kind of shirt. I was just telling someone the other day that ironing is over rated. We moved into our home a year and a half ago and STILL havent unpacked the iron!!! (mind you there are a few shirts I havent worn for that time either)...lol
@dreams Well done you about the ironing. Since I read your comment I've done a mental count of the number of this kind of blouse that I have and it currently stands at seven!
@tishpics Patricia, thank you once again for enthusiastic comments! My crinklies have mostly been acquired from Per Una, plus a cheapie from New Look - I love them!!!
