She took me to the arboretum yesterday and we had a fab afternoon, tea and cake (note what I mention first!) photographic exhibition, and a long walk finding fungi, colourful leaves on the trees and many more flowers still in bloom than I had expected. I only saw the little blue tractor on loading the pic on to the computer.
(Can't get my head round word of the day today....)
@pyrrhula Thank you - it's lovely, isn't it, the shelter? I found it a bit confusing as I thought it was meant to look like an oak leaf, which doesn't have that shape - but think it's meant to look like a usual shaped leaf and is made of oak!! Yes, she's a good friend!
@tishpics Yes, but that was afterwards!! I got some socks and some tops too! It was hard taking a pic of black slippers and had to resort to picmonkey to get the colour right.

@lucyk Lucy, it is indeed. We go from time to time. Sylv has had a project this last year of going every month to record what's going on in the gardens and she is going to put all her pics on a DVD.
