Beautiful shot! I use orange zest when making a sauce to serve with duck. Only when we have company, Helen is a vegetarian.

Fabulous composition - I make a marmalade cake with orange zest in it and it's an easy recipe but very tasty! This pic is making me feel that I need to cook another marmalade cake!

@pyrrhula @gnilrets I tend not to cook a whole duck any more as I got bored with having to pour off the fat, the smoke alarms in the house kept going off (!) and then there seemed to be not a lot of meat on the duck. So we do recipes for either duck legs, or duck breast with which Neil makes a very good dish in a cranberry based sauce.
