I had these lined up artistically for a shot when Jinks came into the hall and provided a bit of doggy interest. He doesn't seem to mind the boot now that he doesn't have to wear it and in the end made off with it - but I had my shot.
that is a novel and funny shot. I like the story that went along with it. I also very much liked your flower shot from yesterday....with the great reflection.

The boot was pretty inefficient for the job it was designed to do and I didn't think I would extract another photoshoot from it. Jinks 'stars' again today. Yep, he rules the roost but sometimes he's putty in my hands ha!
