steps (november bonus word)

I just liked the colours of the fallen leaves on these steps which lead down to our little stream.

That is really pretty Hazel, well observed, even the cement (or whatever it is) seems to resonate with the colour of the leaves. Just lovely!

Many thanks everyone. I've realised we do actually have 3 small flights of steps in our garden with this particular one leading to the stream being the most picturesque. I liked the leaves - and can see some weeds too!

@nana2r I'm probably in the story about 27 years ago, seeing this house for sale and finding out that the garden had not only a stream and trees but also a water butt! The house had, and still has, a nice feel to it too!
