Are those faces I can see pressed at the windows looking at this crazy woman crouching in the car park?
I didn't actually see this train so, apart from timing, I can't really take much credit for the shot. I'd just come out from my bit of teaching, dumped my stuff in the passenger seat of my car, taken my camera out of my pocket to see what I could find to shoot through the nice big puddle that I'd noticed on my way in and then I heard the hoot of a train. So I got down to puddle level with my camera and pressed the shutter 3 times (the other 2 shots, which I captured but haven't posted, show the following carriages.)
Thanks for all your photos shared this week and for your interest in my photos.
Thanks. Well, I've seen some lovely train shots of yours but think this is my first one posted on 365 but probably will not be the last! It suddenly came to me the other day (as things do) that your new Lumix camera rather negates the expression SOOC?!
Thank you. Too right and the memory of the odd occasion when I've not had my camera with me and missed a potentially good shot means I always keep mine at hand now. (point and shoot rules, eh?!)
Whooo! Hazel well done!! Totally brilliant! And so funny, the thought that they might all be looking at you! The reflection is perfect and even the road sign adds nicely to the colours!
Thank you - I think at least a few passengers would have spotted me! I just hope they saw I had a camera in my hand - well why should I care really. They don't know me - I hope!
Bulldog, thanks. This was just an absolute gift - I could hardly believe what I had captured. Yes, go out for lunch!!!

It's good when it happens - I think this was a window of about 1 minute!
Thanks, Justine. I like the colour of the train 'livery' too.
Richard, don't give up!
I think that is the most amazed I've been when I looked at the shot on the camera and saw what I'd got!

Thanks so much, Gerry - good to have you back.
