On our walk this morning, this little cat came running from her comfy spot on the grass to say hello to Jinks. Posting this for Monday as we will then be en route to a seaside break. If we find a dog-friendly pub with wifi then I'll be in touch.

Mary, thank you, it looks as if the weather will be nice! Nothing happened next really. The cat was more interested in Jinks than he was in the cat. I think this little cat must live with a dog at home!
He didn't seem very interested! I've just found he has a big red swollen lump under one eye with what looks like a tick sticking out of it (ugh!) so it's a trip to the vet in the morning before we go on our break.
That's exactly what I said about the eye. I also lost the back half of a double tooth eating lunch on Friday so I have to phone the dentist as well as the vet in the morning!!
Nice capture. Love Jinks. Enjoy your break. We have a long weekend - Monday is a holiday for the Queens Birthday. We are going to a car rally - expect some car photos!
