We took Jinks for a pre-dinner (ours, not his) walk yesterday evening. A baby thrush flew and hopped into view, but I missed it. A distinctive small yellow Aurigny plane flew overhead en route from Alderney to Southampton Airport but the tall tree cover was so dense that by the time I activated the zoom it had disappeared from the patch of blue sky between the leaves. Some alpacas looked at us from a field across the canal but were lying too low in the undergrowth.
So here's a shot of some teasels in slight silhouette on the bank of the canal.
A wonderful image Hazel, love the silhouettes of these teasels against the blue cloudy sky, the green of the pasture and the river - a lovely pastoral scene.
Thank you and oops a bit of editing to do!!!
You are right and thanks!
