Many moons ago when our children were small, my recreation was going to Adult Ed.evening classes in various subjects: badminton , swimming, flower arranging, Spanish and copper and pewter work.
I made several pictures in copper and pewter and then decided to cover a box. Ray made the wooden box for me and then I had to work 5 panels. I used a willow pattern design. Here are details from two of the panels for today's word 'box'. My box is a bit battered around the edges now but we still use it to store winter hats, scarves and gloves.
