Although I have a wealth of photo opps, such as gorgeous flowers plus bees so drenched in pollen they are hardly recognisble, I feel like posting a few more of my photos from our week in France.
This view is from the ramparts of le Chateau des Ducs de Bretagne in Nantes. Down below you can see the tramway we used for transport into the city and whose ticket machine gave us so much trouble. I've since heard of other folk who have had similar problems with credit cards in similar machines in other European countries. Vive l'UEE!
A small and belated September update for 2024, where I am still, after many years' membership, on 365 Project, also now posting elsewhere but wanting...
Beautiful Hazel sometimes you have to do what you feel is right for you -they are your photos and like me I want at the moment to remember my holidays on 365 rather than other mundane garden, flowers and local scenes so in my eyes ,this is OK ( apologies for the sermon !! lol )
Thanks for your comment - I know it's my project my rules etc but I do like to keep my shots fairly current, if not always on the day. It just seems a shame to let pics that I really like go unposted. I certainly don't want to be constrained to posting only shots taken on the day - after more than 3 years of lovely 365!
Such a lovely ornate building, are those chimney pots I wonder that are so pretty, (don't feel you have to answer) ;0)
It is a lovely viewpoint, I bet it is noisy on the underpass when a tram goes over
Thank you for your comment. I think a diary does not have to be necessarily in order as all our experiences are stored somewhere in us and I like to revisit them when I feel the need.

Thank you, Sam. Pretty good: 2 for 1 fares until end August - when we finally managed to get our ticket from the machine!
