I'm a bit stuck on flower shots right now and this bee seemed stuck on the philadelphus. It was a chilly day and he didn't move so I think he was either cold or sick.

Sometimes I find that I don't post a shot here for weeks, even though I think it's OK. This is one such shot, taken early June at Uppark.

Well I know there is a queen bee and assumed the workers were male (!) Somebody will tell us!

Awesome close up and details of this fuzzy little bumblebee!! A lot of times if they are cold they don't move except to get in some sunshine so they can warm up!! Such a pretty flower and perfect capture! FAV!

Stunting close up. We have n`t many insects this year, I `ve capture only one dragonfly this year.
