Day 3 of my diet. NOW, where's that calorie counter?
I came badly unstuck yesterday: met my friend Helen (whom I met through my strangers' project).
We started at The Bell Inn before going to the almshouses at St Cross and both ordered a BLT sandwich. They each came with a bucket of fries - only a small one you understand, but no possibility of leaving them.
A delicious shot -- referring to the fresh raspberries of course !! Like you not a great fan of shredded wheat ,but served with some fruit ,makes all the difference ! I am also trying to loose some weight !! hard going and I have slipped somewhat this last week with having workmen here !! ( my excuse !!)
That actually looks delicious thanks to your fabulous photography! We have been having yogurt and fruit and walnuts in the morning! It's not nearly as photogenic but it is delicious!
I didn't use to rate shredded wheat but I find just one keeps me going until lunch - very useful!
It seems you can possibly be more inventive with excuses than I can, Beryl!

You have not missed much - a bit like eating shredded cardboard. But good for a diet!
Well I guess I would too! Counting calories basically - 1,400 per day for a woman.
