While having our breakfast I missed a shot of a blackbird sitting on the patio fence with a grape in his beak which he'd taken from our vine. He swallowed it in one gulp.
I felt a bit cheated so put out some fatballs in the feeder and stood guard with my camera. I wasn't disappointed as this robin sat still for me to get a few shots.
