the lake at Stourhead

Although the trees mostly have not started to turn red, the sunshine gave nice reflections on the lake yesterday.

This National Trust property was absolutely heaving with people and no chance of a photo free from figures!

Hazel this is lovely and I hope the meet Phil & Carole there on Sunday, when those trees may be a bit more autumnal!! The people gove a sense of scale and size, so why clone them out?? :)
