What's on your mind?
On my mind is therapeutic purple - red crossed with blue - soothing, calm, introverted, creative, deep.
My thoughts are too many - always - and like butterflies. I try to tame them - sometimes they keep me awake.
I would like to be more creative with selfies - but I give it my best shot! And I think I should have taken off my specs!!

Very creative selfie. This tangle of spectacles gets me a bit confused..., but I guess your thoughts sometimes are a tangle too ;-)

A fab selfie Hazel, I agree with the specs as we all look different without them 😉

Bep, only too true. Ray says that my brain does not have an 'off' switch - no possibility to get one fitted, unfortunately. But I manage, thankfully.

@30pics4jackiesdiamond
if you are always wearing glasses it would be strange not to incorporate them. Love the photo.

Very clever and creative. I think the specs are part of the picture too, it wouldn't look like you minus the specs.

My son would completely empathise with this. He says his thoughts are like really fast fish swimming around his head and it's hard to take hold of one and look at it. I like this. FAv.

@casablanca
now there is a description I recognise and have used for this challenge.
It is indeed a creative response to the prompt I like how you have linked the words and the image and much going on behind the calm soothing exterior.
