Melt 6 ozs dark cooking choc
Add 1 oz butter in small pieces and stir well
Separate 3 eggs, putting the whites in a clean bowl and stirring the yolks into choc mix
Whip egg whites until just holding shape
Fold into choc mixture
Pour into small ramekins (about 5)
Decorate each with flaked almonds or a whole walnut

No baking so yes it could be a problem if you have a reaction to raw eggs.
It will cool a bit when the butter is added but it is not cooled intentionally and have never had cooked eggs.
