A small and belated September update for 2024, where I am still, after many years' membership, on 365 Project, also now posting elsewhere but wanting...
Terrific closeup. Love the sharp focus on the flower and the soft background. My grandmother had a hanging pot with these, so I always love them and they make me think of her.
I'm glad you like them Milanie. We are quite used to them, even a hardy perennial variety in red and purple which stay in the garden and flower year on year.
I'm happy to bring memories for you. With me, it's those small bright red daisies which remind me of my grandmother as they lined the little path running through her garden up to the outside privy (not very romantic)!
A beautiful combination of colours and gorgeous flower. My fuschia was chopped down when I had new fencing but it shot from the roots and is about 3ft tall now still waiting for the flowers though.

Sounds like a hardy plant and hope you have flowers soon.
