Hi everyone and thank you for your nice comments. Have just got up from another night's sound and welcome sleep. It was exactly 3 weeks yesterday since my op and the difference is wonderful. I am doing lots of exercises each day and walking as much as I can, practising walking properly instead of hanging on to a walking frame.
Nice to see my photo on PP, the view is not bad for an urban sunrise!
