anyone who had a heart

I am admin for a group on Flickr called Octubre Rosa/Pink October and was invited to this work, which I took on in remembrance of my younger sister, Wendy who died age 45 from breast cancer.

Sometimes I like to make a special entry for the group and this time decided to post a version on 365....

They are both lovely, though I prefer the side by side version. Personal taste at the end of the day. Beautiful.

I think I prefer the 365 entry with nothing to distract from the beautiful roses and perhaps easier to view at left to right.

I’ve only see this version so can’t pick but I like this one….the picture on the right looks like it has yellow custard in the middle! Lovely though for your sister, you must miss her lots.

Thank you everyone for taking the time to answer my query. I asked the question because I felt this was a bit large and 'in yer face', also because when I have used the vertical format before, it has not been too popular. It seems this one is slightly the peferred version but most interesting were the reasons you gave for your choices which were unexpected to me. Have a good new week!
