@quietpurplehaze. My Grandad was the Gardener he loved flowers and always wore a flower in his buttonhole. His red rose bush was his pride and joy and we always got a bunch to take home with us. Enjoy your day.
That's a lovely memory, Wendy. I remember fat gooseberries ready to eat off the bush on my grandad's allotment. Come to think of it, my grandmother also loved flowers, lilac, lily of the valley, irises and anemones in the little garden attached to their terraced house.
