Anne and I had a glass of rosé with our lunch. Not sure whose body parts are reflected in this glass. Ray does not consider that rosé warrants being called wine and it's a standing joke in our family now.
Haha! Another glass of wine Hazel!! You are really running with this word aren't you!! Well I love rose as well - and I think its just that women have a more sensitive pallet and can appreciate the subtleties of this more delicate wine better - tell that to Ray anyway!!

I understand what you say but Ray has the idea that pink gives him a good indication of what the wine is going to taste like! The soup was very nice, creamy and lightly spiced,
Everything was delicious: fresh bread, delicately flavoured soup, beef with onion mash and parsnip crisps. Believe it or not, we passed on the pudding. We were at Brasserie Blanc in Winchester.
