Sir Alec Rose's boat returned to Port Solent in 2011 to make her permanent home at the Marina.
The charity, Around and Around, continues to use the yacht to help disadvantaged youngsters and, after a complete refit, the charity aims to take Lively Lady on its third circumnavigation.
