not to be taken seriously....

I started off thinking 'abstract' but found instead I had created a purple sea for a little duck I shot earlier in the summer at the nature reserve at Arundel. I like the colour anyway!
A moment of happiness today (thanks to the presenter on Classic FM yesterday for reminding me) is finding that I have ticked off 5 of the 6 items on the to-do list I wrote this morning. I don't normally make such lists but maybe I should do them more often.
Can it get any hotter?
Very cool.

This is such a neat image Hazel ! love the swirl captured in the water -- somehow it reminds me of an * oriental * painting !!----tres bien !!

I love this! It's fun to goof around sometimes, isn't it! :)

@juliedduncan

Yes, but I usually keep my goofing (a new word for me!) to myself. That's what 365 does for you!

@beryl

Well, Beryl, thanks, if it reminds YOU of a painting of any kind, it can't be too bad!

@beryl

p.s. it was your abstract of the clock that inspired me to have a try....

looks very sweet...

@quietpurplehaze It's nice how we can inspire each other to stretch & experiment & strive forward !

Without the duck it sure is an abstract. There are two faces on the left side A great and nice try. I love the patterns and colors and the nice framing

@pyrrhula

One of the faces could be me - frowning!!

Very creative - lovely patterns.

Sort of swimming in a pink sky among the branches.....very clever Hazel! Half a day to tick off five things out of six is brilliant is great progress indeed!!!

Cool processing and a great colour!

Very abstract, fab processing

@happypat

I shall admit to you alone, Pat, that one of the six things was just to phone the chiropodist! I didn't finish all the little sewing jobs. It's strange how it takes me ages to get round to sewing on a button, considering I made my own wedding dress, going-away outfit and countless clothes for myself and the family over the years!

@quietpurplehaze Ah you are an inspiration Hazel....just shows how different people can be ..your list of things to do would take me years & that is only if I was forced into it! I absolutely hate sewing & can just about put a button on....saying that I used to make dresses for my daughter when she was small as you did in those days but now I have a good woman!!!! You sound like a fine seamstress!!
Phoning the chiropodist is probably done now too....you could have had my daughter Cathy if you lived round here!!!

@happypat

I could do with Cathy as our chiropodist works in 3 different places and getting an appointment is always difficult! The best task out of the six that i managed was washing the tiled/wood floors in the house which I do very infrequently. When I came home from swimming dear little Jinks had peed up against the loo on the newly washed floor in the shower room!! I wonder if he was trying to tell me something?!

A fascinating result.
