great find and capture Hazel you caught them really well thank you for the email the other Day yes that would be lovely to meet up after Christmas i had today off as had my appointment with my Gp blood pressure still up its 90 over 147 so my dose of capsules will have to be 500 mg rather than 250 i go back In Jan for check up
