....at Winchester City Mill. As you may notice, hardly any headspace above the water under the bridge (under the window on the left).

Looking quite dramatic but at least the water is clean. I feel so sorry for those living in the dirty flood water that has risen up from the water table along with the sewage

Looks very dramatic. Is this a residential building-the one with the red bricks- if so I feel so sorry for them, hope the situation improves soon in your part of the country

This is the former Winchester City Mill now owned by the National Trust. The water level is usually reasonably high just here but not like this. The Mill is usually open to the public but not now, although we could go into the shop - the rest was cordoned off.
