Church of Our Lady, Warnford

Whilst I'm enjoying the challenges ('flashofred' and 'aphabet-feb') that I decided to participate in this month, I am finding it a bit frustrating not just being able to post shots taken spontaneously without thinking where they will 'fit'.

So I've decided to run some shots in my third album from our visit to the 'snowdrop estate' at the weekend.

It was a beautiful day as you can see and this shot of the tower of the little church was one of the first I took. It's sooc which is how I like most of my shots to be and my Sony a6000 lends itself well to that!
Lovely capture against the great sky . Interesting architecture.

Great shot, I love how it looks like a face too, with a rather startled expression.

Such beautiful materials - yellow stone, rendering, bricks. Interesting shapes and 'face' too. Nicely recorded, Hazel. Fav. Very important you take the images that appeal to you, unconstrained!

It looks rather startled or even shocked! I know what you mean about feeling frustrated by what you can post. I've been seeing and recording amazing things but they just don't work in B&W or I can't think of a word with the right letter that fits. Maybe I should use one of my other albums too, after all I have five now!

@teachntravel

Yes, why not use a third album! I have 5 too but I don't want to bore my followers rigid, although I do occasionally get carried away and on some days, fill them all up!

A smiley face Hazel......interesting ....I feel the same about the landscape challenge.....I haven't taken my camera with me for three days as I have used photos I already had. The challenge is not there! All back to normal tomorrow!

Love the smiley face Hazel. I hate being without my camera I just so enjoy working out what to capture each day. I only started photography last summer but I'm totally addicted.

@ivan

Thanks, Ivan. Well, you know that saying of Magnus Magnuson's 'I've started so I'll finish' but I'll think twice before taking on 2 challenges again in one month!
