We had a trip along the coast this afternoon. This is Perelle Bay.
Driving around a bend Ray said it was where he took a photo of me on my bike the first time we had a holiday on Guernsey.
He was astounded when I reminded him that it was 47 years ago!
He remembered I was wearing a cream arran cardigan (which I shrank later by putting it in the washing machine!) and I remembered that I was wearing an orange dress (loved that dress!) that I had made.
Wonderful image and memories, lovely composition patterns and colour Hazel, it amazes me how I know all the words to a song on the radio and then they say the year it was a hit, funny thing is I can't remember where I put my lens cap straight after taking a shot, lol:)
I'm always mislaying lens caps! I remember the photo ( I'll post it if I can find it when we get home. But I do not have the same sense of place that Rsy has!
What a lovely memory. I find as I get older that I can remember things from 50 years ago, but ask me what happened yesterday and I haven't got a clue, ha ha.
