our son, Neil, made dinner last night for us all & these are the cherry tomatoes chopped up for the dish - the other ingredients being chorizo, pollack, butter beans, red onions & basil - delicious as always
Ooooooh Hazel how lovely that sounds. We used to catch pollack when we were sailing. On our way home in the evening Julian and I would set lines over Cariad's stern and we would come in under sail. When we arrived ashore there would always be at least one pollack for our dinner, Happy days!
