As I was about to put this into the oven earlier in the week, I thought it would make a shot for food Friday. I like to put fish on the menu twice a week and vegetarian once. But one of our family does not eat cheese or eggs so the choice is a bit limited.
If anyone is willing to share a suitable veggie recipe with me, it would be great. (I will in return share this fennel bake with you - can't do it now as we are off out for the day with friends.)

Looks delicous, we do lots of veggie dishes (both girls are vegetarian) and a lot vegan ( no cheese no eggs ) at the moment since Naomi is doing a vegan January. Tell me the veg type and I look for a recipie Hazel
Richard and I have been vegan for several years. No animal products of any kind in our kitchen. If you will let us know what kind of dish you are looking for, I'll find a recipe for you. Main dish, dessert, soup? I've never cooked with fennel so I'd enjoy having your recipe very much.
