Super study of the squirrels , scurrying around , in this collage format you can really see or feel the sharp sudden movement fron square to square !! a fav
@quietpurplehaze I was not familiar of the collective noun for a group of squirrels -- but way back in my brain !! I seem to have heard it before But we do use the phrase " scurrying along" to describe a quick , hasty gait or movement .We use this phrase at home in Wales and I am not sure is it a phrase used in Mid Wales or even from a Welsh origin ! Languages and origins are fascinating arn't they !!
The name of our team at our weekly trivia night at the tavern is called the squirrels.
Do you scurry?!!
Thanks for your comment and fav - I'd never before heard of a scurry of squirrels - something else I've learnt from the internet and for 365.
I agree with your comments about language - have always found them fascinating. I think this word is used in Suffolk too meaning to hurry along.
Photography alway lies - as you realise, Pat. I think this was just one squirrel!!!
