An extra advantage, other than the pleasure of their company, of having friends round for a meal on Saturday evening, is the leftover pudding on Sunday. And Neil is making Normandy chicken with calvados, cider and creme fraiche, for Mother's Day dinner tonight.
There is some leftover chocolate coffee cheesecake too, but it's not quite as photogenic.

Oh this looks lovely Annabelle is on a strawberry kick at the moment with Meringues (she can't say meringues though and I can't spell it. Had to look it up) and ice cream :0)
