early flowering

The mahonia in our garden is rather precocious this year. I took this shot towards the end of last month and the flowers are dropping now.

When will this weather improve so that I can take some more outdoor shots? Or maybe I should ask for a waterproof camera for Christmas?!

Mahonia flowers are beautiful. Mine started to bloom at the end of October.
