Interesting subject for selective colouring Hazel but does it have to be red something that stands out against the black and white tones would do for me:)
@quietpurplehaze How interesting Hazel I've always created mine in Photoshop, I have just scrolled through the option on my A7Rii amazing can select red, green, yellow or blue only just got to remember to change the quality off RAW, will be giving it a try tomorrow many thanks:)
Peter, I had this facility on my Fuji X20. That was the one which could do purple and orange as well as the primary colours. You'll probably find it works better in some situations than others. I thought the way the camera had picked up the tiny bits of red etc on the can was good - could you do anything so detailed on Photoshop I wonder? (Call me a lazy photographer!!)
@quietpurplehaze I believe its possible with a little patience Hazel but so much easier in the camera, and possibly a much better job, going to give it a try tomorrow:)
I think this camera does blue, green & yellow too. Another camera also does purple and orange. You have to set the colour you want.
No scrabbling! And I also hate scrabble - with a passion! (Had to play it in hospital. Grrr....)'

I've not seen too many bins with purple rubbish in them - might have to provide my own refuse!
Hope to see how you get on, Peter.
I'll try! In the meantime, see some yellow http://365project.org/quietpurplehaze/add-ins/2014-01-23
