another sugar-free creation - apple tart with a few sultanas under the apples and topped with a few walnuts - well I concede a little fruit sugar in the sultanas
it will follow on well after the tandoori chicken which Neil is cooking
After much thought, I emailed my GP to tell him about my success with a sugar free diet in relation to osteo-arthritis. He replied that this had not been trialled and he had never heard of it before, said ungallantly, I thought, that it could be that because of cutting out sugar, I was 'less over weight'! This is untrue as my weight has not changed - my meds I have to take for bipolar result in weight gain. I wish I had not bothered!
@quietpurplehaze What a tasty looking image Hazel and all good for you, I was told to cut sugar out about by an Orthopedic Surgeon ten years ago and try to keep fit, seams to have worked for me up to last month, lol:)
